1. Controller

2. What we process

Account data: name, work email, company name, and a hashed password, to provide the service (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Passport and product data that you or your suppliers enter. This is mainly technical product data. Supplier contact names entered in the supplier portal are stored in the activity log.
Enquiries: email, company and message from our contact forms, to answer you (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
Server logs: IP address, time and requested page, kept for security for up to 14 days (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3. Cookies

We only use one strictly necessary cookie to keep you logged in. No tracking or advertising cookies.

4. Processors

Hosting provider, email delivery provider and, if you pay by card, Stripe. Each is bound by a data processing agreement.

5. Retention

Account data is kept while your account is active and deleted within 30 days of closing it, unless the law requires longer retention (e.g. invoices). Public battery passports are kept as long as your subscription requires them to be available.

6. Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing by writing to passvolt.team@outlook.com. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
